Creamy Zoodles

Zucchini noodles

My oh my! Delicious creaminess coming your way! Here is the most simple, but yet impressive dish to make for your date or friends ( warning: they may even think you are a master chef) ;).

For this recipe you will need a spiralizer.

I truly recommend investing in a spiralizer! YES I use the word invest. Because it will make you and your kids (if you have any) eat much more greens, because the spiralizer makes it so much fun!

Ingredients (serves 3-4 people):

  • 4 zucchini

  • 4-5 avocados

  • 3 tbsp oliveoil

  • Juice from one lemon

  • salt & pepper + herb salt ( if you have some kind of herb salt)

  • 1 garlic clove (optional if you like the garlic taste)

  • OPTIONAL: If you want you can add 2 tomatos to the avocado sauce when you mix it, gives it a bit more flavour.

  • Topping ideas: Fresh cherry tomatos & fried spinach,mushroom and arugula


  1. Spiralize the noodles

  2. Put them into a strainer, salt them (a lot) and let them sit for about 20 min to drain (while you make the sauce).

  3. Put all the other ingredients in a food processor - blend until smooth.

  4. Rinse the zucchini noodles, add to a bowl and pour the creamy avocado sauce on top of your noodles. Give it all a little toss around and make sure all the zoodles are covered in delicious creamy avocado sauce <3

Prepare your toppings, and add them on top of your noodles. Enjoy! xx Pearl
