Chia Pudding deluxe

Chia puddings are just as fun to look at as it is to eat. You can make them really beautiful for luxurious Sunday breakfasts or you can just prepare them in a jar and bring as a snack to work! Chia seeds are packed with protein, fiber, c-vitamin and good fats AND amino acids. So it really is a suuupeer snack!

Blueberry layer:

1 banana

1 dl almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

Chia layer:

1 glass of almond milk

4 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cardamom

Green layer:

1 tsp matcha powder / or a handfull of spinach


  1. Take the glass of almond milk and add 4 tbsp of chia seeds to it, add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of cardamom, let it sit while you make the other layers (stir it often so it becomes an even consistency).

  2. Blend the banana with the almond milk and vanilla

  3. Take out a little bit of smoothie that you later will mix with the green stuff.

  4. Then blend the remaining smoothie with blueberry. Take it out of the mixer, rinse the mixer and now make the green layer ( add the green stuff to the little amount of smoothie you put to the side earlier).

Layering time:

Choose a pretty glass

Pour some blueberry smoothie in first, then add the chia pudding and lastly top it off with the green layer. Woila!
