Blueberry Flax Smoothie

Boost your morning with this simple and nutritious smoothie. My typical morning smoothie when I'm on the go.

1 banana

1 apple

1 glass of almond/oat milk/or water

cup of blueberries

2 tbsp flaxseed oil (optional)

1 tbsp mct oil (optional)

1-2 tbsp hemp protein powder (optional)

Mix in the blender and enjoy!
